Official Rules: 1. Open to all members of Calcite Credit Union (CCU). 2. Official 'Refer a Friend' form must be completed by both current member and future member and must be turned in at the time of account opening. 3. Limit one entry per 'Refer a Friend' form submitted & new membership opened. New member receives one additional entry for each product/service initiated at time of opening. 4. Monthly prize drawing will be held on last business day of the month (Apr. - Nov. 2009). Winners will be notified by telephone call and will have 10 days to pick up their prize. If prize is not collected within 10 days, prize is forfeited and a new winner will be drawn. 5. All entries received during the course of the contest and monthly winners will be entered into the Grand Prize drawing on Dec. 31, 2009. All entries must be received by Dec. 30, 2009. One winner will be chosen for the Grand Prize. All entries become property of CCU. CCU reserves the right to use winning names in future publications. 6. Grand Prize drawing will be held on December 31, 2009. Grand prize is a $500 gift card to the Solace Spa at Boyne Mountain to enjoy any combination of Spa or Salon Services plus Spa Boutique Products. All prizes may be picked up at the nearest CCU Branch Office within 10 days of drawing. 7. All prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value. No prize substitutions allowed.
